Tropical Freshwater Fish Dealer Permit

WHO NEEDS A PERMIT ?

A Tropical Freshwater Fish Dealer Permit is required by:

Retailers and wholesalers dealing with tropical freshwater fish.

There is no charge for this permit and it may be obtained by submitting an application for a Resident Freshwater Fish Dealer's License, a Non-resident Freshwater Fish Dealer's License, a Non-Resident Wholesale Fish Dealer's License or an application for an Aquaculture Certificate (from the Department of Agriculture).
