Certification as Totally Totally and Permanently Disabled
Chapter 372.561(5) Florida Statutes states that hunting and fishing
licenses shall be issued, without fee, to any resident who is certified to
be totally and permanently disabled.
This bill was amended by the Florida Legislature during the 2000
